procured directly. Final accounts are prepared and agreed.

Where Project Management encompasses the entire project, Construction
Management focuses on the construction phase taking the project through
detailed design and onto site. Value engineering is applied to reduce costs and
improve function. Cost plans are refined and procurement methods evaluated.
